Creating Better Student Athletes
United Youth Football’s mission is to provide a safe and structured environment which enables all young people to benefit from participation in team sports and youth activities offered by UYFL. UYFL will stress the importance of family, education, and teamwork. UYFL will assist parents and educators in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being by espousing the virtues of the 5 core values, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, and Leadership.
Advisory Council
The NFL Player/Professional Advisory Council will be comprised of: (1) present and retired NFL players, (2) respected College and High school coaches, and (3) retired youth administrators. The council members will be those who have significantly contributed to the sport of football and/or have assisted in the character development of young men into productive leaders of their communities. The advisory council was formed to endorse and support United Youth Football and Cheer, speak and participate at select events promoting the values and vision of United Youth Football, meet once a year to discuss pertinent youth issues, and assist with the National Youth Coaches Convention. Pro players, both past and present, will act as a liaison with NFL and NFL Teams to support member organizations
Scholastics
United Youth Football and Cheer was created to establish a youth organization based on the goals of creating better young men and women, as well as providing an athletic outlet through football and cheer, with the goal of putting all our participants on the road to achieving a college education.
UYFL will stress the importance of family, education, and teamwork.
