The National Board of Cheer Directors was built into the founding structure of the United Youth Football and Cheer league to insure the interests of the all the Cheer, Dance and Step programs were being served while maintaining the core programs, values and vision. The members of the National Board of Cheer Directors share years of experience in administering youth Cheer, Dance and Step programs from coast to coast.

The National Board of Cheer Directors represent all demographics to ensure no one’s interests or concerns are overlooked or favored. Along with the national staff, the National Board of Cheer Directors will be responsible for ensuring that the founding values and integrity of the organization remain strong and that the rules and regulations are followed. The National Board of Cheer Directors will also assist the national staff in the development of new programs and ongoing enhancements like the addition this year of the Conference All-Star Cheer Division giving our girls heading into high school the opportunity to compete at a national level.

If your conferences cheer director has not been elected to serve on the National Board of Cheer Directors you will still be represented and will have another opportunity to nominate the person of your choice in the future. Please see the contact us page to send in your request.
